Race Engineer ENVE Motorsports Indianapolis, IN Job Details Part-time | Full-time $18 - $40 an hour 15 hours ago Qualifications Data analysis software Full Job Description ENVE Motorsports is a rapidly growing professional race team competing in the USF Pro Championships. Based at The Thermal Club in Southern California, our mission is to develop drivers while building a championship-winning organization through engineering excellence, professionalism, and continuous improvement. As we continue to expand our program for the 2027 season, we are looking to add an experienced Race Engineer to strengthen our technical department. Position Summary The Race Engineer will play a key role in the preparation, performance, and development of our race cars and drivers. This individual will work closely with drivers, mechanics, and the engineering team to maximize on-track performance while contributing to the long-term growth of ENVE Motorsports. This is an opportunity to become part of a young, ambitious team with a clear vision of becoming one of the leading organizations in the Road to Indy. Requirements Previous engineering experience in open-wheel racing is required. Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics and race engineering principles. Experience with motorsport data acquisition and analysis software. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Willingness to travel throughout the USF Pro Championships season. Professional attitude and strong attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Experience in
USF2000, USF
Pro 2000, Indy NXT, Formula Regional, Formula 4, Formula 3, IndyCar, or similar open-wheel categories. Experience working with young driver development programs. Strong engineering and setup knowledge. Ability to contribute to the continued growth of the engineering department.
