About the Role Are you mechanically inclined and looking to launch a long-term career in the automotive industry? We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Transmission Technician Apprentice to join our specialized rebuild team. This is a beginner-level position designed for someone who wants to learn the trade from the ground up in a hands-on environment. What You'll Be Doing Disassembling units and cleaning parts thoroughly for inspection. Learning how to identify internal component wear and failure points. Organizing specialty tools and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace. Performing basic shop maintenance.
Who We're Looking For Mechanical Aptitude:
You enjoy taking things apart, figuring out how they work, and have basic experience using hand tools. Eagerness to
Learn:
You have a positive attitude and a genuine interest in specialized automotive mechanics.
Strong Work Ethic & Reliability:
You show up on time, ready to work, and possess a valid driver's license with dependable transportation.
Physical Ability:
You are comfortable standing for most of the day and can safely lift heavy components (up to 50 lbs.).
