This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in attention to detail and enjoys physical, active work. You will play a direct role in making sure every tent that leaves our warehouse is clean, structurally sound, and event-ready. What You'll Do Wash tent canvas and vinyl tops, sidewalls, and accessories using approved cleaning equipment and solutions Dry, fold, and stage canvas for upcoming event pulls Inspect every piece for tears, mildew, staining, seam failures, and hardware damage Perform repairs including patching, seam sealing, vinyl welding, and grommet replacement Track inventory condition and flag canvas that needs to be retired or sent for outside repair Keep the wash bay, drying area, and repair station clean, organized, and safe Support the broader warehouse team during peak event weeks as needed What We're Looking For Reliable, on-time, and able to work independently after training Comfortable with physical work: standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and moving large rolled canvas Strong attention to detail — willing to slow down and do a job right Mechanically inclined; experience with sewing, vinyl welding, or canvas repair is a strong plus Prior experience in tent rental, sail/awning work, upholstery, or industrial laundry is a plus but not required — we will train the right person Able to work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variation Schedule & Compensation Full-time, primarily weekday daytime hours with occasional Saturdays during peak season Competitive hourly pay based on experience Paid time off and company holidays Opportunity for growth into senior warehouse and crew lead roles
