Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Powersports Mechanic, where you will be the driving force behind keeping our customers' off-road, and recreational vehicles in top condition! This role offers the opportunity to showcase your mechanical expertise by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of powersports equipment. Your skills will directly impact customer satisfaction and safety, making every day rewarding and full of momentum. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics on powersports vehicles to identify issues accurately. Conduct repairs and maintenance on engines, suspensions, brakes, electrical systems, and other key components. Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and soldering techniques to assemble, repair, or modify parts as needed. Execute vehicle inspections and perform heavy lifting to ensure proper functioning and safety standards are met. Assist customers by explaining repair procedures, providing maintenance advice, and supporting sales efforts for parts or accessories. Complete detailed service reports, work orders, and documentation to ensure transparency and quality control. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Requirements Proven experience working on powersports or automotive vehicles or eager to learn. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair, suspension systems, brake repair, welding, and assembly. Proficiency with automotive diagnostics tools and understanding of vehicle maintenance procedures. Experience using hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and heavy lifting safely and effectively. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
