GreenView Partners is a rapidly growing commercial landscape company serving central North Carolina, with offices in Raleigh, Greensboro, Charlotte, Fayetteville, and Wilmington. Our clients include office parks, HOAs, apartment communities, and retail centers. We are hiring a full-time Landscape Equipment & Fleet Mechanic for our Raleigh branch. In this role you will maintain, diagnose, and repair landscape equipment and fleet vehicles for an active commercial operation. We are looking for dependable, experienced mechanics who want to build a long-term career with a growing company. Pay starts at $25.00/hr and will increase based on experience.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance on landscape equipment, including mowers and small engine equipment Diagnose and repair 2-cycle equipment (string trimmers, edgers, blowers) Perform routine automotive maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, brakes, fluid checks) on a variety of vehicles and equipment Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, steering systems, and other components Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to efficiently identify and troubleshoot problems Conduct thorough inspections of equipment and vehicles to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns Perform welding as needed for equipment and repair work Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work, including parts used and hours worked Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient workflow Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries

Requirements:

Mechanic experience (small engine, landscape equipment, or automotive) Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy parts and equipment, as well as dexterity to maneuver in tight spaces. Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional weekends, especially during busy seasons or emergency situations. Technical school or vocational training in automotive or diesel mechanics is preferred.
