Job Description

Hydraulic Bench Mechanic- Direct Hire Position $22.50-$35.00 DOE Monday-Friday, usually 6:30am-3pm ½ hr. lunch Description The Hydraulic Bench Mechanic evaluates, repairs, tests and troubleshoots hydraulic components. This position relies on detailed instructions and hands on training to perform the functions of the job.
Responsibilities:
All activities associated with the tear down, inspection, and repair of hydraulic components Test and troubleshoot hydraulic components Mig welding as required Machining capabilities, hydraulic teardown bench in the repair process of cylinders. Forklift usage will be necessary Work overtime as required to complete projects/assignments Complete all training classes as assigned Adhere to safety regulations and procedures when performing tasks Perform other essential and related duties as assigned Requirements Ability to work within a team Strong written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and organization Strong Math skills Mig welding required Hand tools required Ability to read measuring tools/gauges Previous hydraulic experience with repair/troubleshooting required Strong machining abilities, 3-5 years-experience, operate a manual lathe AFINDE
