Description Production Hourly Hides Take up Job requirements Pull (75- 80 lb.) hides with hook from raceways and hook hides onto power rail When raceway empties, pull remaining hides from raceway base Grading and folding of fleshed hides Stacking hides on pallets Trimming of Hides as required Maintain / Clean up work area throughout the day Required to rotate among other take-up positions to prevent fatigue Qualifications Trained in knife safety Physically demanding position- requires stamina to perform job tasks
