• Structural Modular Innovations, LLC (SMI Homes) is seeking an experienced Maintenance person for the facility in Strattanville. SMI offers increased wages, with an increased bonus program and benefits package for the right individual.
Essential Responsibilities:
~Facilities Maintenance experience. ~Welding experience. ~Tool repair experience. ~Inspect and perform building maintenance as needed. ~Inspect and perform maintenance of trailers/carriers for transporting modular homes. ~Work independently ~CDL & State Inspection is a plus. Additional helpful skills include work on hydraulics, electrical or mechanical, general building, and equipment maintenance experience. All work is done in-house.
