Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to support Agile Release Train (ART) execution within a fast-paced Financial Services and AWS-centric technology environment. This role is responsible for coordinating Program Increment (PI) planning, facilitating cross-team collaboration, managing dependencies and risks, and ensuring alignment between business strategy and delivery execution. We partner with 15 of the top 20 banks globally, and our top 10 banking clients have worked with us for an average of 26 years!. This role is located at a client site in either Reston, VA. A hybrid working model is acceptable.
