Join us as a Trail Guide! In this role, you'll provide off-road instruction and guidance to our guests, ensuring they have a fun and memorable experience. You'll help Bronco owners feel welcomed, excited, and confident behind the wheel. Your main responsibility will be to deliver a positive brand and guest experience while coaching off-road driving skills. $250 per day
Schedule :
Primarily Fridays and Saturdays (8-10 hour shifts) Responsibilities Adapt your coaching style to suit different skill levels within a group. Clearly explain complex vehicle systems and driving techniques in simple terms. Lead groups with varying abilities across different types of terrain and in all weather conditions. Monitor and adjust to changing trail conditions as needed. Perform trail repairs and maintenance when necessary. Report any vehicle maintenance needs. Clean and detail vehicles as needed. Maintain trail equipment. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Must successfully complete and pass company-provided instructor training and certification. High School Diploma or GED required. Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record. Off-road driving experience is a plus. Ability to accept feedback and direction from supervisors. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness. Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and solve problems effectively. Strong focus on guest service, always striving to exceed expectations. Experience driving manual transmission vehicles off-road is required. Ability to work well with others and maintain a positive attitude. Professional appearance and demeanor. Physical Demands and Work Environment Work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions. Must occasionally lift or move up to 30 pounds. Requires close vision and the ability to adjust focus while in a moving vehicle. Must be available to work weekends and evenings as needed.
