This paid position in our Farm Worker's Apprentice Program, offers a dynamic environment to learn from seasoned professionals while contributing to real projects. You will receive on the job training, as well as some classroom training. You will be operating tractors, seeders, zero-turn mowers, cultipackers and straw blowers. We are a family owned and operated company. Benefits are offered after 90 days. Requirements Must be able to work well with others and follow directions. Must be able to travel. Have a valid Driver's License. Participate in site preparation and cleanup to maintain a safe work zone. Must be hard working, self motivated and honest.
