Job Description

Triple T Heat and Plating, a metal finishing shop in Cache Valley, is hiring a technician for our anodizing and heat treating lines. No prior experience in this industry required — we'll train the process. What matters most is mechanical aptitude and the ability to think through problems instead of guessing at them. What You'll Be Doing Operate anodizing lines and heat treat furnaces following established procedures Rack, load, and move parts through process tanks and ovens Monitor process parameters (time, temperature, current) Troubleshoot equipment issues — electrical, mechanical, or process-related Perform routine maintenance on tanks, rectifiers, furnaces, pumps, and related equipment Keep accurate records of process runs and quality checks What We're Looking For Strong mechanical aptitude Strong troubleshooting instincts; able to diagnose a problem logically Comfortable standing and moving through the day, with occasional lifting Reliable and willing to take ownership of the work Willing to learn equipment operation, basic electrical troubleshooting, and maintenance Nice to Have (Not Required) Welding, fabrication, automotive repair, or industrial maintenance experience Basic electrical knowledge (multimeters, wiring, controls) Forklift or hoist experience
Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
