Pursuant to 5 C.F.R. Qualificions To meet the minimum qualificions for this position, you must meet the specialized experience qualificions for the grade which you are requesting considerion. To qualify for the Grade 12 , you must have least one year of experience equal or equivalent to the GS-11 it must include: Experience applying regulions and orders covering employee qualificions, hours of service, occupional safety and health, radio rules, opering rules and practices, alcohol and drug program administrion, and locomotive engineer certificion to maintain compliance. Experience investiging railroad accidents, collecting evidence accident sites, and interviewing witnesses to determine probable cause. Experience examining carrier records (accident/injury files, hours-of-service, dispching logs) to identify non-compliance and reporting discrepancies.
