Michael Baker International is seeking an experienced Bridge Inspection Operations Manager in Charlotte, NC.

What You'll Do:

Lead logistical planning and execution of monthly bridge inspection assignments from NCDOT Review monthly assignments and determine operational needs to meet contract obligations and our standards of quality Coordinate with NCDOT for equipment access requirements Coordinate with vendors for access, traffic control, safety boats, etc. Schedule field work for our NC inspection teams Track inspection and reporting progress Ensure conformance with project quality standards by providing QC reviews Process vendor purchase orders and invoices Assist with client invoicing Work will include occasional travel to support field inspection efforts, expected to be limited to one week per month What You'll Need to

NBIS Team Leader Minimum of 5 years' experience in bridge inspection Minimum of 3 years' experience with NCDOT Wigins Software Strong organization and planning skills Strong communication skills Professional Engineer or EIT strongly preferred

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $93,000 - $147,000 per year. This compensation range is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation is dependent upon factors such as education, qualifications, experience, skillset, and physical work location.
