This includes documenting inspections accurately on an assigned tablet, capturing necessary photographs, conducting yard security inspections, and ensuring the integrity of the facility's perimeter to prevent unauthorized access.

Inspection :

Perform detailed inspections of all incoming and outgoing trailers to ensure compliance with security and C-TPAT requirements. Verify the identification of the vehicle, driver, and load, ensuring that the trailer contents match the documentation, including Bill of Lading and Packing List. Conduct thorough physical inspections of trailers and goods, checking for discrepancies, damage, or any other security concerns. Record all inspection findings and complete the required documentation on the assigned mini tablet, ensuring data is entered accurately and in compliance with C-TPAT standards. Capture and upload clear, relevant photographs of the trailer, cargo, and any notable conditions or discrepancies.

Tablet Documentation :

Follow the structured, step-by-step process on the mini tablet to complete inspections, ensuring no step is skipped and every field is filled. Ensure all inspection information is accurately recorded, including vehicle details, trailer contents, security checks, and any irregularities. Take photos as required for each step of the inspection and ensure that they are uploaded to the system immediately for proper record-keeping.

Yard Inspections :

Conduct routine security checks throughout the yard, ensuring the integrity of the perimeter fences, gates, and entry points. Look for signs of tampering, damage, or potential unauthorized access points in line with C-TPAT security practices. Report any damaged or compromised areas immediately to management or the security team for prompt resolution. Submit completed inspections at the end of each shift for auditing and compliance purposes.
