Production Control Manager - Aerospace Manufacturing Tube Specialties, Inc - 2.5 Tempe, AZ Job Details Full-time $34 - $44 an hour 22 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Qualifications Quality assurance within aerospace industry Microsoft Outlook Customer service Production management software Quality control within aerospace industry Regulatory/legal compliance standards in production AS9100 Full Job Description We're looking for a hands-on Production Control Manager to lead our planning, warehousing, shipping, and receiving teams at our aerospace manufacturing facility. You'll be the operational hub connecting production schedules, procurement, and the shop floor — ensuring everything moves on time, on budget, and in full compliance with aerospace quality standards. What You'll Do Direct daily production and processing activities across the organization Manage schedules, work orders, inventory levels, and staffing decisions within budget and time constraints Partner with procurement to align material requirements and production schedule due dates Ensure production activities comply with AS9100 standards, customer flow-down requirements, and applicable FAA/regulatory specifications Expedite in-progress jobs and resolve production bottlenecks proactively Prepare and distribute accurate production reports for key stakeholders Interpret and communicate specifications, blueprints, job orders, and company policies to production personnel Enforce the employee code of conduct and document violations per established procedures Conduct 90-day and annual performance evaluations and support team development What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in production control, planning, or manufacturing management Solid working knowledge of aerospace quality standards including AS9100, customer specifications, and regulatory flow-down requirements Experience with Visual Manufacturing or equivalent ERP/MRP software Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook Strong communication and customer service skills Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field preferred Why Join Us?
