Now Hiring Aerospace Quality Control Technician Location:
Corona, CA Pay Rate:
$25.00•$26.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday•Friday | 6 AM•3:30 PM Your Eye for Detail = Our Winning Product Take on an Aerospace Quality Control Technician position in Corona and join a team that believes in doing things right the first time. From the first part to the final check, your work keeps quality high and production on point. What It Takes to Keep Quality Strong Aerospace manufacturing or fabrication/production environment experience AS9100 quality system experience (aerospace environment familiarity) Experience with AS9102 First Article Inspection (FAI) and first article forms Familiarity with material specifications and traceability (pick lists, job travelers, material certifications) Experience working in a production or fabrication environment Strong attention to detail Team-oriented mindset (ability to work with others to complete tasks) Basic computer skills: Microsoft Excel and Word Familiarity with PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) On the Floor, Every Shift Perform quality inspections in a fabrication/production environment Complete and review AS9102 First Article Inspection reports and forms Use basic hand tools for measurement and inspection tasks Operate or work with vision inspection systems (e.g., OGP or SmartScope) Inspect parts against material specifications, job travelers, and engineering requirements Verify material certifications and ensure traceability compliance Document inspection results and maintain quality records Use Excel and Word for reporting, documentation, and tracking Collaborate with production and quality team members to resolve issues and complete work efficiently Support PPAP-related documentation and requirements as needed Use ERP system such as Epicor for job tracking and documentation
