Daily activities include:
Supporting software testing efforts to ensure the functionality and safety of autonomous vehicles. Documenting test results and operational issues to aid in software improvement and development. Collaborating on team projects, both internally and externally, to achieve strategic objectives and operational excellence. Engaging in vehicle logistics support, emphasizing preventative maintenance and efficient vehicle deployment. Assisting in the collection of performance data to provide insights that drive engineering enhancements. Requirements & Qualifications for Success To excel in contributing to our pioneering efforts in autonomous driving technology, candidates should prioritize software testing and documentation expertise, along with a commitment to operational excellence. This full-time, ongoing contract role is based in San Francisco , since this is an onsite position applicants must be local.The essential qualifications include:
A strong background in documentation and quality control. Ability to spend extended periods of time in a vehicle and working on a task. Excellent communication skills and a methodical, inventive approach to problem-solving. A valid driver's license held for at least the last three years, with a clean driving record. Flexibility to work shifts during days, nights, and weekends, with extra compensation for non-standard hours. For those who aim to exceed our minimum requirements, the following qualifications are preferred: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field related to this role, with a focus on software testing and documentation. Experience in a structured environment, such as military service, which is highly valued. Proven ability to work autonomously, navigate technical challenges efficiently, and meet deadlines. Work Schedule and Shifts We are currently hiring for multiple schedules, with bonus pay for weekend and night shifts (i.e. the weekend day shift offers an added 5% per hour and weekend night shift offers an added 10% per hour).Hours:
