Job Description
About the Role We are hiring reliable, safety-focused Autonomous Vehicle Operators to support overnight testing and quality control for a leading autonomous vehicle company in San Francisco. In this role, you will operate and monitor self-driving vehicles while supporting software testing, documentation, and operational readiness. This is a hands-on position ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, safety-driven, and comfortable working independently. This is an ongoing full-time contract opportunity with consistent overnight scheduling. What You'll Do Operate and monitor autonomous vehicles in real-world conditions Support software testing and document system performance Record and report issues clearly and accurately Assist with vehicle readiness and logistics Follow strict safety protocols at all times Collaborate with engineering and operations teams Requirements Valid U.S. driver's license (held for 3+ years) Clean driving record Comfortable sitting and focusing for extended periods Strong documentation and communication skills Ability to work overnight shifts consistently Must be local to the San Francisco Bay Area (on-site role) Preferred (Not Required) Experience in quality control, testing, or technical operations Military or structured operational experience Background in technology, automotive, or engineering environments Compensation & Schedule $31-$33 per hour Overnight shift differential included Full-time hours Ongoing contract opportunity Interested?
