We support a wide range of construction projects by delivering high-quality traffic control services—from complex lane closures to full detour operations—while maintaining a strong focus on safety for crews, clients, and the public. ⚡ What You'll Do Help Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control work zones Place cones, signs, arrow boards, and message boards Follow traffic control plans, permits, and safety procedures Monitor work zones throughout shifts to ensure safety and compliance Communicate with supervisors, coworkers, clients, and the public professionally Assist with loading, unloading, organizing, and maintaining equipment Follow all company, state, federal, and MUTCD safety standards ✅ Requirements 2+ years traffic control experience (4,000+ field hours required) Valid CA Driver's License with clean driving record Ability to pass background check and drug test (DOT compliant) Ability to read and follow traffic control plans and directions American Traffic Safety Services Association Flagger or TCT certification preferred First Aid / CPR / OSHA 10 (OSHA 30 preferred) Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work in fast-paced environments Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus ⚙ Work Conditions Lift and carry traffic control equipment (50+ lbs) Work outdoors in varying weather conditions Stand/walk for extended periods Nights, weekends, overtime, travel, and on-call work may be required Must wear required PPE at all times Why Join Us Consistent work and competitive pay Organized dispatch and reliable equipment Overtime opportunities Strong safety culture Opportunity for advancement into lead/supervisor roles Apply Today Call or text: 415-441-4410 Referral Bonus Know a good technician?
