You're the person who keeps everything moving—receiving aerospace-grade materials, confirming every lot and serial number, labeling for traceability, and staging the right parts at the right time. With AS9100 as your guide, you balance speed with precision so our teams can build with confidence. A day in the life Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against documentation; confirm quantities, part numbers, and quality status. Label, route, and store materials using proper environmental and handling practices to preserve integrity. Perform routine cycle counts and full inventory audits; reconcile discrepancies and escalate issues as needed. Create and maintain packing lists, bills of lading, inventory reports, and all traceability records to AS9100 standards. Support internal audits and customer/third‑party audits; participate in corrective actions and continuous improvement. Partner with Procurement, Production, and Quality to manage shortages, expedite requests, and maintain uninterrupted material flow. What you bring AS9100 certification (required) with hands‑on application in daily operations. 1-3 years of experience as a Materials Handler or similar in aerospace/defense/aviation or manufacturing. High school diploma or GED. Working knowledge of inventory software and documentation tools; accurate data entry and recordkeeping. Detail orientation, time management, and strong communication skills. Ability to lift and move heavy items; safe operation of material handling equipment. AS9102 familiarity and understanding of first article inspection documentation (preferred). Exposure to Lean/continuous improvement (a plus). Schedule & details
