• Set up signs, cones, and traffic control devices.
• Direct traffic using stop/slow paddles.
• Communicate via two-way radio with team members.
• Transport and maintain traffic control equipment using company vehicles.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
• Work outdoors in varying weather and traffic conditions.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies.
• Other duties as assigned by management. Requirements
• Valid Driver's License. Clean driving record. Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check will be required.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and stand/walk up to 4 to 8 hours at a time.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Excellent attendance, reliable transportation, and strong work ethic.
• Complete Basic Flagger and Driver training.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
