2643 Cargo Dr, Indianapolis, IN 46241, United States Apply Share Job Description Monitors, directs and control the movement of all aircraft on the FedEx Express ramp areas and coordinate this activity with the appropriate department. Essential Functions Monitors, directs and controls the movement of all aircraft on the company-owned ramp areas and coordinates this activity with the appropriate department. Completes special reports, projects. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Education Bachelor's degree/equivalent in Air Traffic Control or related degree . Must possess FAA Control Tower Operator (CTO) License/Credentials, or FAA Collegiate Training Initiative (CTI) Certificate, or Airport/Airline Ramp Tower Operator Certificate can satisfy the bachelor's degree/equivalent requirement . Minimum Experience Three (3) years' experience as a fully certified Control Tower Operator in an FAA/ Military Air Traffic Control Facility, or Airport/Airline Ramp Tower Operator. CTI certification satisfies the (3) year experience requirement. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong planning, organizing, decision making and communication skills. Job Conditions Must have 20/20 or correctable to 20/20 vision. Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment. Non-covered safety-sensitive position. Ability to work in a constant state of alertness with significant attention to detail in a time critical environment.
