• Position Summary
• Supervises operations within the traffic department, overseeing clerical teams and ensuring efficient workflow.
• Major Tasks and Responsibilities
• + Supervises rate, publication, and weight and research scan clerk teams to ensure efficient workflow and daily resource allocation.

+ Acts as the primary contact for internal and external customer inquiries, addressing disputes and questions promptly. + Oversees the hiring, training, and evaluation of department employees. + Maintains department schedules and time-off requests to maintain consistent coverage. + Prepares and distributes accurate department reports, providing key insights to relevant stakeholders. + Partners with auditors to review and improve revenue management controls.

• Preferred Qualifications
• + Bachelor's degree in business or a related field. + 2+ years of traffic, rating, or quoting experience. + Knowledge of bill entry and rating processes. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transportation application systems.
