Chief Systems Engineer, Air Traffic Control for IP-based Voice Communication Systems - Maryland

Lead internal and external Technical Exchange Meetings Design, integrate, and deploy IP based voice communications systems / subsystems for R&S Air Traffic Control (ATC) projects. Lead system architectural design activities, detailed requirement decomposition, and solution oversight as technical lead. Support the development of technical contract deliverable documents. Develop system designs and documentation of the designs according to customer requirements. Translate customer needs into requirements and competitive solutions maximizing R&S content. Serve as senior technical representative to customers, R&S product design team, and program leadership. Perform demonstrations, training and support trade shows. Work closely with the system engineering teams based in Europe and North America for know-how exchange and roadmap development.
