We are looking for an experienced Load Planner to support our Dispatch and Equipment Control operations at our Detroit, MI Facility!
Location:
7650 Melville Street, Detroit, MI. 48209
Shift:
Monday to Friday 8am-5pm.
Pay rate:
$25/hr Primary responsibilities of a Terminal Support Coordinator include (but are not limited to): Entering customer orders into the computer system Report and advise customer orders to dispatch in a timely manner Informing equipment control and dispatch of special customer needs when they arise Printing order and and coordinating the daily schedule for dispatch and equipment control Maintaining direct and indirect communications with customers via telephone, email, fax, etc. Other miscellaneous office support duties as assigned
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED Experience in the trucking and/or intermodal transportation industry Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, etc.) Strong communication skills both verbal and written Ability to prioritize and multitask Organizational skills.
