Robotaxi Mission Control Operator Zoox | Las Vegas | $25/hour | Full-time | On-site Into gaming, tech, AI, cars, robotics, or live systems? Zoox is hiring operators in Las Vegas to support its self-driving robotaxi operations . This is a real-time, screen-based role where you monitor robotaxis, track live systems, and step in through internal tools when a vehicle needs human support. Think mission control meets driving simulator meets tech ops . You'll be watching multiple screens, reading alerts, making calm decisions under pressure, and following safety protocols exactly. This is not a "button-mashing" role. Accuracy matters. Training is 8 weeks, Monday-Friday, either: 8:00 AM

• 4:30 PM or, 3:30 PM
• 12:00 AM After training, Zoox assigns your shift.

You must be open to early morning, daytime, evening, or overnight shifts.

Possible shifts include:

1:30 AM

• 10:00 AM 10:00 AM
• 6:30 PM 12:00 PM
• 8:30 PM 5:30 PM
• 2:00 AM If late nights, early mornings, or weird hours are a dealbreaker, this is not the right role.

Requirements 2+ years of tech support, QA, software testing, operations, dispatch, monitoring, gaming/simulation, or similar experience Strong computer skills Comfortable with Windows and/or Linux Active Nevada driver's license Clean driving record Clear written and verbal communication Able to pass a background check, drug screen, and MVR Able to work full-time on-site in Las Vegas Assessments Candidates complete short assessments for: Typing speed Reaction time Decision-making under pressure Following instructions accurately Screenshots of all assessment results are required.
