Seasonal Construction Flagging Are you someone who thrives in an outdoor working environment? If you're seeking a hands-on role, Finger Lakes Traffic Control, LLC, has an exciting opportunity for you. We're looking for motivated and reliable candidates to join us as Traffic Control Technicians. We're willing to train those who possess a strong work ethic, positive attitude, physical stamina, and strong communication skills. This is your chance to be part of a growing traffic control company expanding across NY and PA. Traffic Control Technicians are responsible for, but are not limited to, assisting with setting up and taking down work zones by loading and unloading sign stands, barrels, barricades, and cones while utilizing company protocols and procedures. Our Traffic Control Technicians also assist with safely maintaining the work zones and ensuring public and crew safety. Traffic Control Technicians may perform other duties as directed by their immediate Supervisor.- We're offering:
Pay Range:
$18.00- $59.16 /hour Subject to County Prevailing Wage
- Weekly paychecks
- Part-time to Full-time variable schedule with occasional weekends

- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Possess a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle to travel to job sites as needed.
- ATSSA Flagger and OSHA 10 Construction Safety certifications.
- The ability to receive and respond to communications effectively and consistently.
- A flexible schedule that allows for extended workdays and weekends as needed.
- The ability to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions.
- The ability to lift 50 pounds while setting up and taking down work zones.
- Be comfortable standing for extended periods while controlling traffic.
- Possess teamwork, observational, and communication skills.
- Be willing to travel and stay in company-provided accommodation as needed, returning home on weekends.
