Full-Time Join a Growing Leader in Traffic Control Lane Logix is seeking an experienced and motivated Field Manager to lead traffic control operations throughout Northeast Ohio. This role is responsible for supervising field crews, ensuring safe and compliant work zone setups, maintaining operational excellence, and supporting employee development. What You'll DoLead Field Operations Supervise and support traffic control crews on active job sites. Ensure all work zones are installed and maintained in compliance with MUTCD, ATSSA, and company standards. Monitor job progress and adjust traffic control setups as conditions change. Conduct safety briefings and reinforce safe work practices. Perform site visits and quality inspections to ensure operational excellence. Manage and Develop Teams Coach, mentor, and train field employees with a strong focus on new hire success. Provide performance feedback and support professional growth. Address attendance, safety, and performance issues through coaching and corrective action processes. Promote a positive culture built on accountability, teamwork, and safety. Coordinate Daily Operations Review daily schedules and communicate assignments to field crews. Monitor staffing needs and assist with scheduling adjustments. Support after-hours dispatch responsibilities on a rotating basis. Ensure crews have the equipment, materials, and information needed for success. Administrative & Compliance Responsibilities Review and approve field tickets, timesheets, and job documentation. Ensure daily paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time. Respond to incidents and complete required reporting and documentation. Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees. Maintain inventory accountability and support organization of company facilities and equipment. QualificationsRequired ATSSA Traffic Control Technician (TCT) certification. OSHA 30 certification. CPR, First Aid, and AED certification. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Minimum 3 years of traffic control or roadway construction experience. Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience. Preferred ATSSA Traffic Control Supervisor (TCS) certification. Experience managing multiple crews and job sites. USDOT Drug Test Technician certification. Experience with timekeeping, scheduling, and field operations software. Skills Strong leadership and communication abilities. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy. Physical Requirements Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform site inspections. Comfortable working around active traffic and construction environments. Travel Travel throughout Northeast Ohio is required. Occasional overnight travel may be required based on project needs. $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
