Job Description

Job Description Flexjet is seeking a Domestic Flight Planner to join our team in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating domestic flights, ensuring compliance with all regulations and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate domestic flights for Flexjet's fleet. Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company policies. Communicate with flight crews and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Monitor weather conditions and air traffic to make informed decisions. Prepare flight plans and ensure all necessary documentation is complete. Assist in the development of operational procedures and policies. Provide support to the Operations Control Center as needed. Maintain accurate records of flight plans and operational data. Participate in training and development programs as required. Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience in flight planning or aviation operations is a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of FAA regulations and aviation safety standards. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
