Job Description

Job Description Flexjet is seeking a Flight Operations Supervisor to join our team in Cleveland, OH. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the flight department, ensuring compliance with all regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise flight operations and ensure compliance with FAA regulations. Manage flight crew schedules and assignments. Coordinate with maintenance and dispatch to ensure aircraft availability. Conduct regular training and performance evaluations for flight crew. Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures. Monitor flight operations for safety and efficiency. Act as a liaison between flight crews and management. Handle any operational issues that arise during flight operations. Participate in safety meetings and training sessions. Maintain accurate records of flight operations.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in flight operations. Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and flight operations procedures. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with flight scheduling software is a plus.
