Job Description

Job Description Flexjet is seeking a Flight Tracking Specialist to join our team in Cleveland, OH. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our flight tracking systems and providing support to our flight operations team. As a Flight Tracking Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring flight statuses, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring timely communication with clients and crew members.
Your Responsibilities:
Monitor and track all flights in real-time. Coordinate with flight crews and operations teams to ensure timely departures and arrivals. Provide updates to clients regarding flight statuses. Assist in resolving any operational issues that may arise during flights. Maintain accurate records of flight operations. Utilize flight tracking software and tools effectively. Communicate with air traffic control and other relevant authorities as needed. Support the operations control center in various administrative tasks.
Your Profile:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Experience in aviation operations or a related field is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
