What You'll Do Trip Coordination:

Arrange ground handling, deicing, fuel, permits, customs, and crew travel.

Weather & NOTAM Monitoring:

Read, interpret, and communicate key flight updates.

Crew Assignments:

Schedule pilots in compliance with FAA regulations and Jetvia policies.

Flight Following:

Track every flight from departure to arrival, ensuring safety and operational excellence.

Schedule Management:

Prepare and distribute schedules, trip sheets, and itineraries.

Pilot Support:

Assist with flight planning and weather analysis.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with Concierge, Crew Schedulers and Sales to deliver seamless trips. What We're Looking For FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate required . Previous Part 91, 135, or 121 dispatch experience. Strong communicator — professional, clear, and confident. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills. Comfortable under pressure and able to multitask without losing focus. Proficient with Microsoft Office and willing to learn JetInsight scheduling software. Able to pass a background check.
