Facility Attendant

Position Overview The Facility Attendant is responsible for the daily setup, operation, and closing of the Golf AK Now indoor golf facility. This role ensures all equipment is functioning, the facility is clean and organized, and every customer receives an exceptional experience. Customer service is a top priority in this position. Core Responsibilities Greet all customers in a friendly and professional manner Ensure every customer has an exceptional experience Assist customers with simulator use and general questions Keep all hitting bays clean and ready for the next customer Ensure golf balls and tees are stocked and accounted for Monitor and restock retail items and supplies Maintain overall cleanliness of the facility throughout the shift Opening Shift Responsibilities Turn on all equipment and ensure simulators are operating accurately Confirm all bays are fully functional and ready for use Restock all retail and sale items Clean and restock restroom supplies Ensure rental golf clubs are accounted for and ready Prepare the facility to be clean and customer-ready Review upcoming bookings in TrackMan system Open the facility no later than 9:55 AM Closing Shift Responsibilities Maintain responsibilities during operations Clean and restock restroom for the next day Sweep and mop the facility Ensure all bays are clean and reset Power down all computers and equipment Secure and lock the facility

Pay:

$14.00 - $15.00 per hour
