Job Description

Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid Drivers License. Clean driving record Good communication skills. Stable work history. General building maintenance Lot maintenance Hours are Tuesday through Friday 8:30 am until 6:00 pm, Saturday 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
Must Have:
Good attitude. Strong work ethic. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work independently.
Benefits:
2 Weeks Vacation after 90 days, prorated 3 Sick Days immediately, prorated BCBS Health Insurance after 60 days, portion company paid Voluntary Dental/Vision after 60 days
