Qualifications Driver's License Full Job Description The Importance of This Role:
The Service Lane Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth client experience. By managing vehicle flow, maintaining a clean and organized service lane, and assisting the service team, you directly impact client satisfaction and the department's efficiency.
Impact and Key Responsibilities:
Vehicle Management:
Safely move and park client vehicles in the service area or lot. Retrieve vehicles for clients upon service completion. Assist with the preparation and return of loaner vehicles.
Service Lane Support:
Greet and assist clients as they arrive. Keep the service lane organized, clear, and professional. Support Advisors and Technicians with vehicle inspections or prep.
Facility Maintenance:
Maintain the cleanliness of service areas, waiting rooms, and parking lots. Perform restocking and routine cleaning as needed.
Client Interaction:
Provide friendly, courteous service and assist clients with inquiries. Direct clients to appropriate team members when necessary.
Team Assistance:
Support Service Advisors, Technicians, and Managers with daily tasks. Assist with special events or seasonal service needs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions (preferred). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
