This is an active, hands-on position that combines driving, equipment setup, customer service, and team leadership. About Mr. Calvin's Bouncers Mr. Calvin's Bouncers is a locally owned party rental company serving Central Arkansas. We specialize in inflatable rentals, water slides, obstacle courses, tents, tables, chairs, and event equipment for birthdays, schools, churches, businesses, and community events. What you'll do Safely load, transport, set up, and pick up inflatable rentals, tables, chairs, and other party equipment. Drive company trucks while following all traffic laws and safety procedures. Lead or assist a delivery crew at customer locations. Communicate professionally with customers before, during, and after deliveries. Inspect equipment for cleanliness, safety, and damage. Complete setup and teardown according to company safety standards. Keep trucks, trailers, and equipment clean and organized. Solve problems professionally while representing the company with integrity. Who We're Looking For? We're looking for people who: Show up on time every day. Take ownership instead of making excuses. Minimum Qualifications Valid driver's license (CDL not required) with a clean driving record. At least 18 years old. Ability to safely lift and move equipment weighing up to 75 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Comfortable working outdoors in Arkansas heat, humidity, and varying weather conditions. Able to safely use dollies, ramps, straps, and moving equipment. Employment may be contingent upon successfully completing any background screening or drug testing required by company policy or applicable law. Work Environment Outdoor work in varying weather conditions Frequent lifting, loading, and moving equipment Driving throughout Central Arkansas Fast-paced, team-oriented environment Weekend and holiday work during peak seasons Preferred Experience Experience in any of the following is a plus: Delivery driving Moving companies Construction Landscaping Warehouse operations Event setup Customer service Towing trailers Team leadership Schedule & Availability Our business serves customers when they celebrate, so flexibility is essential. Typical Schedule Friday-Sunday, with additional weekday shifts during peak season. Shift start and end times vary based on delivery schedules. Because our busiest times are weekends and holidays, applicants should be available to work most Saturdays and key holidays including: Fourth of July weekend Memorial Day weekend Labor Day weekend Halloween events Graduation season School field days Community festivals Peak-season reliability is one of the biggest factors.
