Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Valet Parking Attendant, where your energy and customer service skills will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this role, you will be the first point of contact, providing friendly, efficient, and professional parking services here at the Riverfront Steakhouse or Benihana Restaurant. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure smooth vehicle flow and elevate the overall guest experience. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality talents while maintaining a fast-paced, engaging environment. This is a wage plus tip position. Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with parking and retrieving vehicles in a courteous manner Safely operate various types of vehicles, including those with manual transmissions, within the designated parking areas Manage guest interactions with excellent communication skills, ensuring clear directions and friendly service Maintain organized records of parked vehicles, including ticketing and vehicle tracking systems Ensure the safety of guests' vehicles by adhering to security protocols and conducting routine inspections Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless guest service experiences and uphold high standards of hospitality Requirements Proven experience in guest services, hospitality, or customer service roles preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating manual transmission vehicles is a plus Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse guests Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand or walk for extended periods Previous dealership or delivery driver experience is advantageous Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a diverse clientele effectively Basic retail math skills for handling cash transactions accurately Experience with parking regulations or similar environments is preferred This energetic role offers a rewarding environment where your proactive attitude makes a difference.
