In this role, you will support the daily operations of the service department by managing vehicle flow, assisting customers, and maintaining organization throughout the service areas. • Drive vehicles to and from the service lane, service stalls, and parking areas as needed
• Assist with vehicle flow as service tickets are generated, ensuring organization and efficiency
• Maintain service vehicles, including checking gas, oil, water, and tire conditions
• Provide customer courtesy washes as requested
• Maintain inventory of service supplies such as key tags, floor mats, and seat covers
• Support service advisors and technicians with day-to-day operational needs
• Deliver friendly, professional interactions with customers at all times
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the service team What We Offer

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service role is a plus
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles preferred
• Strong work ethic and positive, team-oriented attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and grow within the automotive industry
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening Schedule & Work Environment
• Monday-Friday with scheduled hours between 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM (hours may vary)
• Onsite role in Chandler, Arizona
• Active role requiring extended periods of walking or standing
