New Deal Pre-Owned Autos is a fast-paced, customer-focused automotive dealership dedicated to quality, professionalism, and efficiency. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Lot Manager to oversee vehicle inventory, ensure proper organization of the lot, and maintain the professional appearance of our dealership.
Position Summary:
The Lot Manager is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing vehicle inventory, accurately checking in deliveries, and ensuring all vehicles are parked neatly and aligned to maximize space and improve customer experience. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and check in incoming vehicle inventory, verifying VIN numbers and condition Organize and maintain the dealership lot for optimal presentation and accessibility Park vehicles in straight, orderly lines according to lot layout plans Ensure all vehicles are clean and free of debris before being placed on display Monitor and update inventory location logs to ensure accuracy Move vehicles as needed for sales events, customer test drives, or service appointments Maintain safety and security standards for all vehicles on the lot
Requirements:
Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Previous experience in automotive lot management or inventory control preferred, but not required
Schedule & Compensation:
Full-time position Competitive hourly rate based on experience Benefits package available after 90 days of employment
