Tucson, AZ Job Details Part-time 15 hours ago Qualifications Outdoor work experience Safety regulations Writing skills Driver's License Full Job Description A Beverage Cart Attendant provides on-course food and beverage service to golfers, driving a stocked cart to sell items, maintain pace of play, and ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations. Key duties include restocking, cash handling via POS systems, cleaning, and delivering friendly customer service to enhance the guest experience.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Confirms Beverage cart is fully operational before starting rounds on the golf course. Stocks and cleans beverage cart throughout the day. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by management. Ensures guests are attended to in a prompt, efficient and personalized manner. Serves food and beverage items to guests while on the golf course. Responds to customer questions regarding general information of the facility. Reviews schedules for changes on calendar of events and club activities daily. Accountable for all checks and cash transactions that may, at times, be high volume. Utilizes Point of Sales system and creates daily sales reports. Able to apply basic math skills. Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form; to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. All other duties as needed and/or assigned by management.
Skills/ Abilities:
Be able to meet the physical demands of the position. Required to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; to write routine reports and correspondence; to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of the organization. Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-customer interaction. Must be able to work in various weather conditions. Must be able to work holidays and weekends.
Education/Experience:
One to three months of customer service experience and/or training in a restaurant environment. Must have a valid driver's license. Alcohol Awareness training. Must be able to pass a background check. Must be 18 years old.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.
