Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Detailer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall presentation of vehicles and facility spaces. Your energetic approach and commitment to excellence will ensure that every vehicle is polished to perfection and that our environment remains spotless and inviting. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in vehicle detailing, customer service, and custodial work while contributing to a positive customer experience. Duties Perform thorough car washes, including exterior cleaning, interior vacuuming, window cleaning, and surface polishing to achieve a pristine finish Utilize buffing and polishing equipment to enhance vehicle paintwork and restore shine Apply window tinting films accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth, bubble-free finish Maintain cleanliness of the detailing workspace through regular janitorial and custodial tasks Assist customers with vehicle detailing requests, providing friendly and professional service Conduct routine inspections of vehicles for damage or imperfections, documenting findings as needed Follow safety protocols during all cleaning and detailing procedures to ensure a secure working environment Experience Prior experience in car wash, detailing, or custodial roles is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients Experience with buffing, polishing, and window tinting techniques is a plus Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies, equipment operation, and safety procedures Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is desirable for moving vehicles as needed Janitorial or custodial experience demonstrating attention to detail and reliability Join us in delivering exceptional vehicle care while fostering a welcoming environment!
