As a Service Porter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the appearance and organization of our service department, ensuring a positive experience for our customers and service technicians. Responsibilities Move vehicles safely between service bays, customer parking, and wash areas. Wash, vacuum, and detail vehicles as needed to maintain a clean and presentable inventory and customer vehicles. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service lot and service drive. Assist service technicians with vehicle movement and minor tasks as directed. Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients and team members. Perform other duties as assigned to support the service department operations. Pick up and delivery customer vehicles. Shuttle customers to and from their homes and work. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Previous experience in an automotive or dealership environment is a plus but not required. Ability to drive small and large vehicles up to 2 hours per trip.
