They ensure the lot is organized, assist with customer service, and support sales or service departments, often acting as a key support role for daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management

• parking, moving, and organizing vehicles on the lot to meet display standards Vehicle Maintenance/Cleaning
• washing, vacuuming, and prepping new/used vehicles for delivery; checking fluids, tire pressure, and battery levels Customer Support
• greet customers, assist with vehicle retrieval in the service drive, and sometimes shuttle customers or vehicles Logistics & Maintenance
• running dealership errands, transporting parts, and assisting with lot cleanup

Qualifications:

Driver's License

• a valid driver's license is required, with a clean driving record Physical Stamina
• ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, standing and walking for long periods Requirements
• must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a drug test and physical
