Job Description

Our client, Autonomous Mobility & Transportation Services is seeking a PUDO Attendant to join their team. As a PUDO Attendant, you will be part of the Field Operations / Rider Support Team supporting companies Employee Rider Services and Cross-Operations Partners. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong empathy, and a proactive customer-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

  • 3:30pm What's the Job?
Greet and assist passengers, ensuring a warm, safe, and welcoming experience Authenticate riders using badge scanners and verify access as needed Hail and coordinate Zoox vehicles between designated pickup and drop-off locations Provide real-time service status updates and communicate with cross-operations partners via Slack channels Perform light crowd control and support smooth passenger flow during operations What's Needed? 2+ years of experience in customer service, retail, or a customer-facing role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow protocols accurately Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to high-quality service Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift moderate loads; willingness to work flexible schedules What's in it for me?
