Parking & Front Entrance Support Assist visitors, families, and staff with parking coordination in a limited parking environment Safely valet and move vehicles as needed to maximize parking capacity Maintain organized vehicle flow at the facility entrance Provide a welcoming first impression to guests and families Monitor parking areas for safety and accessibility Ward Clerk / Administrative Support Assist nursing staff with clerical and documentation tasks Help coordinate resident transportation scheduling for appointments, dialysis, and outside services Answer phones and route calls appropriately Support chart preparation and administrative paperwork as directed Assist with basic data entry and filing tasks Communicate with transportation vendors and clinical staff to confirm schedules
