Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional service. Safely park and retrieve vehicles using manual transmission and standard driving skills. Manage parking areas efficiently, ensuring smooth flow of traffic. Assist guests with valet services, including handling keys and directing vehicles. Maintain accurate cash handling and cashiering procedures for parking fees. Communicate clearly with guests, team members, and management to coordinate vehicle movements. Follow safety protocols to ensure the security of vehicles and guest property at all times. Experience Previous guest services or hospitality experience preferred but not required. Valid driver's license with clean driving record; experience with manual transmission is a plus. Strong communication skills, bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse guests. Experience in dealership or retail environments involving customer interaction is beneficial. Cashiering skills, including retail math and cash handling accuracy. Delivery driver or dealership experience can provide a solid foundation for this role. Ability to stand, walk, and operate a vehicle for extended periods; attention to safety is essential.
