Bike Rebalancers ensure availability of campus bikes at corrals across campus. Services include monitoring the location and movement of bikes across campus and moving bikes as needed. If you enjoy working with bikes, join our team as a Bike Rebalancer (Bike Valet) As a Bike Rebalancer, you have the opportunity to work outside and be physically active repositioning bikes throughout the day.

Your responsibilities will include:

Tracking and managing fleet rebalancing status Rebalancing bikes using a company vehicle Providing basic service to bikes including adding air to tires Assisting with bike program, events and special promotions Maintaining incident reports and following escalation procedures Shifts assignments are 7 AM-3:30 PM or 3 PM-7 PM Complimentary snacks and meals are available either before or after shift Monthly $450 health insurance contribution upon eligibility PTO accrual Must have excellent communication skills Clean California drivers license Frequently bend, stoop, and twist throughout the day requires the ability to regularly lift objects up to 80+ lbs Requires the ability to work while standing for prolonged periods of time. Compensation is $25/hour
