This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional Member services while showcasing your passion for hospitality and driving. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding Member experiences through recognition & relationship building, while managing vehicle parking & pickups, and ensuring smooth operations at our club. Your energy, communication skills, and dedication will help create memorable interactions for every Member you serve. This paid position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves engaging with people. Duties Welcome Members by their names warmly when opening their car doors & assist with their needs, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. Safely operate vehicles with manual transmissions, including delivery and pickup of vehicles within thehouse parking areas. Conduct vehicle inspections, document any damages or issues, and communicate findings clearly to the team Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking lot and service areas to uphold safety standards Use effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and ensure seamless service delivery Actively and consistently communicate with management regarding member and guest interactions, particularly in situations requiring attention or escalation. Demonstrate professionalism and assertiveness in upholding safety standards, including the discretion to withhold vehicle keys from individuals who may be visibly impaired Manage cash handling of tips shared within the Valet department. Skills At least 1 year of experience of Valet. Ability to quickly learn and memorize Members. Then recognize and address members by name, ensuring a personalized and welcoming experience Proven experience in guest services or hospitality environments with excellent customer service skills. Valid driver's license with experience driving manual transmission vehicles Familiarity with luxury cars experience preferred Strong communication skills in English Knowledge of Newport Beach parking regulations and procedures Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Join us at thehouse Newport Beach and become part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional service!
