Valet Attendant and Site Manager

We are seeking a dependable full - time RV & Trailer Warehouse Valet Attendant and Site Manager for our indoor vehicle storage facilities . This position would be working on the site 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities include:

Oversees valet flow - staging, parking, and plugging in. Work under and report directly to the onsite office management and corporate supervisors for activity Maintain inventory of supplies needed for daily valet operations and inform site manager Audit for onsite vehicles missing tags and assist in replacing them Assist with quarterly vehicle inventory audits. Fill out a damage claim report and have the party responsible sign the report Help with reorganization of buildings to best optimize all space Ensure the vehicle staging lot is emptied daily and all vehicles are pulled inside the building or to their appropriate parking space in a timely manner Make sure leads and reservations are handled in a timely manner. Communicate with outside staff on valet activity, available units and parking availability. Monitor voicemails and return calls to tenants and prospective tenants in a timely manner. Monitor email and respond in a timely manner. Work with management for adjustments to attract new tenants. Collection of all rent, past due rent, fees, and other monies owed to the business. Requirements:

1-2 years customer service experience. 1 year office/clerical work experience. 1- 2 years of fork lift experience required. Valet attendant experience preferred. Able to work in a past paced environment Driven, customer service oriented individual with a positive attitude and a "how may I provide outstanding service" approach.
